This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
β’ Oversee critical transformation initiatives within the business unit from design to execution.
β’ Direct the optimization program for the order-to-delivery network across Customer Service, Supply Chain, demand planning, and Manufacturing.
β’ Take ownership of program structure, workstream governance, integrated planning, milestone accountability, interdependencies, critical path, and sequencing.
β’ Develop and maintain the business case and benefit tracking model.
β’ Manage external advisors and implementation partners while ensuring accountability for internal delivery.
β’ Lead change management efforts and engage stakeholders effectively.
β’ Establish governance and operating rhythm for the strategic initiative portfolio of the business unit.
β’ Implement intake discipline, stage-gate reviews, and leadership cadence.
β’ Create common tools, accountability frameworks, and scalable transformation methodologies.
β’ Integrate Customer Service, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Commercial, Finance, and IT across ongoing programs.
β’ Foster trust with leaders at both functional and site levels.
β’ Prepare and present program updates, portfolio reviews, and investment summaries to both business unit and corporate leadership.
β’ 10β15 years of experience in transformation, operations, or program leadership roles.
β’ Proven accountability for large, multi-phase programs in manufacturing or industrial settings.
β’ Experience in leading order-to-delivery, supply chain, or order fulfillment improvement programs across at least two of the following areas: order management, inventory management, demand planning, or production scheduling.
β’ Operational expertise in Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing process redesign and technology specifications.
β’ History of fostering cross-functional alignment across Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Finance in a matrixed organization.
β’ Strong executive presence and communication abilities.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field.
β’ MBA is highly preferred.
β’ Preferred background in management consulting within operations or supply chain, combined with in-house operating accountability.
β’ Experience with S&OP / integrated business planning, ERP-linked scheduling, or inventory optimization platforms in a manufacturing context is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with product building or B2B distribution is advantageous.
β’ Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, APICS CPIM/CSCP, or equivalent are a plus.
β’ Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
