Director, Business Strategy Consulting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop business cases focused on the value of investments in cybersecurity.

• Lead teams that engage cross-functionally, including customer executives, sales personnel, solution consultants, and other departments.

• Shape and propel cybersecurity and digital transformation capabilities for clients.

• Offer expert advice on methodologies for value-based selling.

• Compile engagement experiences into reusable materials, frameworks, and thought leadership content.

• Create and facilitate training sessions and workshops focused on value for customers and internal teams.

• Influence sales strategies for key accounts by enhancing the internal business value function.

• Mentor team members in recognizing strategic C-level issues, evaluating process capabilities, and crafting business cases for IT and security transformations.

• Design and implement industry-specific value-selling tools, programs, and initiatives for teams in sales, alliances, and marketing.

⛳️ Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in business transformation, or 10+ years with an advanced degree.

• Experience with a leading management consulting firm or technology company is preferred.

• Proficiency in developing business cases with comprehensive financial analysis and ROI/TCO modeling.

• Strong executive presence coupled with situational awareness.

• Demonstrated success in influencing C-suite executives.

• Capability to promote accountability and build consensus among diverse teams and customer stakeholders.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities utilizing consulting frameworks and methodologies.

• MBA or equivalent military experience is preferred.

• Experience in Cyber Risk Assessment, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Sales & Strategy is preferred.

• Ability to swiftly adapt and contribute to projects across various sectors.
