Director, Business Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Act as a strategic partner, operational leader, and brand ambassador for Real Property Management franchise owners.

• Deliver timely and accurate support for software, systems, and maintenance.

• Promote systems and processes that foster growth for franchise business owners.

• Establish key performance indicators to assess the performance of both the organization and individual franchise locations.

• Cultivate internal and external relationships to improve the experience of franchise business owners.

• Utilize tools, programs, systems, and networks to reinforce policies and programs.

• Plan, coordinate, and manage initiatives that align with Real Property Management’s brand priorities.

• Assist franchisees and the parent company in achieving greater success through business ownership.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to implement strategic plans for franchise business owners.

• Travel required: 10–25%.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required; a degree in business, finance, or property management is preferred.

• Certification in the Entrepreneur Operating System (EOS) is preferred.

• Minimum of five years of relevant experience as a business coach, small business owner, property management professional, or a comparable combination of experience.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal Real Property Management teams.

• Possess empathy, adaptability, and a willingness to meet customers when available.

• Capable of fostering collaboration, open communication, and mutual respect.

• Clear and concise communication of team objectives, project goals, and responsibilities.

• Open to listening and learning.

• Results-oriented comprehension of the franchisor-franchisee dynamic.

• Data- and impact-driven mindset.

• Willingness to travel 10–25%.

• Capability to sit or stand, see, hear, and understand speech, communicate effectively, lift computer equipment, supplies, and materials, and operate office equipment and computers.
