This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Develop and execute a thorough healthcare vertical strategy aimed at achieving sustainable market share within acute, post-acute, and home-based care environments.
β’ Identify and nurture relationships with healthcare decision-makers, such as CHROs, CFOs, VPs of Workforce, and Operations leaders.
β’ Build a nationwide network of healthcare referral partners, including GPOs, management companies, and operator associations.
β’ Lead initiatives in healthcare business development.
β’ Collaborate directly with DailyPay Account Executives to finalize active agreements across all care settings.
β’ Work in conjunction with Marketing and Product teams to develop customized healthcare solutions, messaging, and thought leadership.
β’ Represent DailyPay at significant healthcare industry events and conferences such as AHA, AHCA/NCAL, LeadingAge, and HFMA.
β’ Partner with Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, and Marketing to synchronize healthcare go-to-market strategies.
β’ Assist in ensuring that DailyPay's product and operational investments align with the realities of healthcare workforce management.
β’ Aid the sales team in navigating complex multi-stakeholder purchasing processes, regulatory considerations, and HCM integration needs.
β’ Report to and collaborate closely with DailyPay's Senior Director of Vertical Strategy.
β’ Profound understanding of the healthcare landscape, encompassing Hospitals, Senior Living, Skilled Nursing Facilities, and Home Care.
β’ Proven track record in sales, business development, or vertical strategy specifically within the healthcare sector.
β’ Strong leadership and communication skills, especially in a player/coach role collaborating with a field sales team.
β’ Capacity to establish and sustain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders across complex healthcare organizations.
β’ Experience in formulating multi-year growth strategies and implementing them within a challenging, regulated industry context.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related discipline.
β’ MBA or MHA preferred.
β’ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
