This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Strategically position and promote the complete range of HEOR services to essential pharmaceutical budget holders.
• Secure access to and arrange meetings with key decision-makers and influencers.
• Identify, qualify, consult on, and successfully close HEOR opportunities.
• Actively pursue new accounts.
• Enhance established accounts, both new and existing.
• Create and maintain Strategic Account Development Plans.
• Foster robust strategic relationships with clients within target accounts.
• Collaborate with internal service delivery teams to develop solutions that align with identified business requirements of opportunities.
• Draft proposals, create presentations, and compose RFPs throughout the sales process.
• Oversee and monitor pipeline and opportunities utilizing Salesforce.
• Lead pricing negotiations to ensure that sold business aligns with profitability targets.
• Guarantee a smooth transition from sales to delivery teams.
• Adhere to sales-cycle and hand-off procedures and methodologies.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for other Red Nucleus business units.
• Offer guidance and input toward targeted marketing initiatives, including attendance at key industry conferences.
• Minimum educational requirement of a Bachelor’s degree.
• Preferred advanced degree in Life Science or Business (MBA).
• Prior experience consistently achieving quotas in excess of $2M.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience specifically selling HEOR services to the pharmaceutical sector.
• In-depth understanding of HEOR solutions and their role in bringing new therapies to market.
• Capability to engage and sell to decision-makers in pharmaceutical and biotechnology organizations across Access, Medical, Clinical, and Commercial functions.
• Experience in selling Evidence Synthesis solutions, including literature review, feasibility assessments, and ITC methods such as NMA, MAIC, STC, and ML-NMR.
• Experience in selling modeling solutions, including cost-effectiveness, de novo, budget impact, cost of illness, epidemiological models, and ICER review.
• Experience in selling Value Demonstration services, including Global Value Dossiers, AMCP Dossiers, and value messaging and testing.
• Experience in selling HTA Support services, including HTA submissions and early scientific advice.
• Experience in selling JCA Support Services, including PICO identification and simulation, systematic literature reviews, and JCA dossiers.
• Experience in selling Statistics and RWE services, including post hoc trial analyses, RWE source selection and analysis, and patient-reported outcomes.
• Understanding of the drug development process and the timing of service offerings for targeting new accounts.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce for pipeline and opportunity management.
