This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Strategically promote and sell the comprehensive range of HEOR services to key pharmaceutical budget holders.
• Establish access to key decision-makers and influencers to identify, qualify, consult, and secure HEOR opportunities.
• Actively pursue new accounts.
• Expand both new and existing accounts.
• Create and maintain Strategic Account Development Plans.
• Foster robust, strategic client relationships within targeted accounts.
• Consult and collaborate with internal service delivery teams to design solutions that meet opportunity-specific business needs.
• Draft proposals, develop presentations, and prepare RFPs throughout the sales process.
• Manage and monitor pipeline and opportunities utilizing Salesforce.
• Lead pricing negotiations to ensure that sold business aligns with profitability targets.
• Facilitate a seamless transition from sales to delivery teams.
• Adhere to sales-cycle and handoff procedures and methodologies.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for other Red Nucleus business units.
• Provide guidance and input for targeted marketing initiatives, including participation in key industry conferences.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• An advanced degree in Life Science or Business (MBA) is preferred.
• Previous experience consistently achieving quotas in excess of $2M.
• 7–10 years of demonstrated and relevant experience specifically selling HEOR services to the pharmaceutical sector.
• In-depth understanding of HEOR solutions and their role in bringing new therapies to market.
• Experience engaging with and selling to pharmaceutical and biotech decision-makers in Access, Medical, Clinical, and Commercial domains.
• Familiarity with selling Evidence Synthesis services, including literature reviews, feasibility assessments, and ITC methods such as NMA, MAIC, STC, and ML-NMR.
• Experience in selling modeling services, such as cost-effectiveness, de novo models, budget impact, cost of illness, epidemiological models, and ICER review.
• Experience with Value Demonstration services, including Global Value Dossiers, AMCP Dossiers, and value messaging and testing.
• Experience with HTA Support services, including HTA submissions and early scientific advice.
• Experience in selling JCA Support Services, including PICO identification and simulation, systematic literature reviews, and JCA dossiers.
• Experience with Statistics and RWE services, including post hoc trial analyses, RWE source selection and analysis, and patient-reported outcomes.
• Understanding of the drug development process and the timing of service offerings.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce for tracking pipelines and opportunities.
