This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Collaborate with technology leaders within the division and key stakeholders to strategize on sales opportunities, including the development of sales strategies, tactics, proposals, and negotiations for innovative product solutions.
• Facilitate the capture of qualified new business and sales opportunities with government entities, commercial clients, systems integrators, and prime contractors.
• Direct the sales capture initiatives for advanced programs and new technical solutions that align with the division's growth objectives.
• Implement strategies to penetrate markets for additional sales with government agencies, commercial customers, systems integrators, and prime contractors.
• Provide management with quarterly forecasts along with monthly updates during the current quarter.
• Propel market growth and expansion while recruiting essential talent to adequately cover the territory.
• Monitor supply and demand, market trends, economic indicators, and competitor activity to maintain sales volume, product mix, and pricing.
• Enhance professional and technical expertise through educational workshops, industry publications, personal networks, and professional organizations.
• Execute additional job-related responsibilities as assigned.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in business or a related engineering discipline.
• A minimum of ten years of experience in sales to international defense and intelligence clientele.
• A minimum of ten years of experience in the Defense, geospatial, or satellite sectors.
• Comprehensive direct business development experience focusing on technical and/or government sales, excluding roles in sales support, account management, program management, or engineering.
• Outstanding negotiation and persuasion capabilities.
• Proficient in delivering high-quality presentations.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is required.
• Strong organizational abilities, effective time management, and adept multitasking skills.
