This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify, develop, and implement growth opportunities through Siemens Healthineers distribution partners for LS and POC business.
• Formulate and execute distribution growth strategies that align with partner capabilities, customer relationships, field coverage, segmentation, market access, commercial objectives, portfolio priorities, and customer needs.
• Construct short- and long-term roadmaps across both existing and emerging channels.
• Analyze sales data, product mix, customer segments, geography, pipeline, distributor performance, market dynamics, and unmet needs.
• Create recommendations and business cases that are ready for executive review.
• Identify and prioritize growth opportunities based on revenue potential, strategic alignment, customer value, feasibility, investment, and likelihood of success.
• Support decisions with comprehensive financial models and scenario analyses.
• Maintain a transparent portfolio that includes ownership, milestones, decisions, and projected impact.
• Lead strategic initiatives from conceptualization through to sustainable execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional and partner workstreams, plans, milestones, success metrics, pilots, scaling, ownership transitions, interdependencies, and escalations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, Commercial Operations, Service, Contracting, and other functions, including distributor executives, sales leaders, operations teams, and field organizations.
• Facilitate strategic planning, initiative reviews, and joint business assessments.
• Enhance data collection, quality, accessibility, reporting, and planning tools.
• Establish repeatable playbooks for opportunity assessment, initiative design, launch, governance, and performance tracking.
• Define KPIs, leading indicators, financial outcomes, and adoption metrics.
• Monitor variances, recommend corrective actions, and report on revenue impact, ROI, portfolio health, decisions, risks, and lessons learned.
• Scale successful strategies or redesign or discontinue underperforming initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in business development, corporate or commercial strategy, strategic planning, consulting, commercial operations, channel management, or a related discipline.
• Extensive project and program management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy development through implementation and results measurement.
• Proven experience using data and market intelligence to identify opportunities, prioritize investments, and formulate actionable growth strategies.
• Experience in developing business cases, financial analyses, executive recommendations, and measurable implementation plans.
• Established ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive execution within a matrixed organization.
• Exceptional written, verbal, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience working with distributors, channel partners, indirect sales models, or strategic alliances.
• Background in laboratory diagnostics, healthcare, medical devices, life sciences, or another regulated market.
• Familiarity with commercial analytics, CRM platforms, business intelligence tools, market sizing, customer segmentation, and competitive intelligence.
• Formal project management, strategy, or process improvement certification.
• An MBA or other relevant advanced degree is preferred.
