This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify, develop, and implement growth opportunities through Siemens Healthineers’ distribution partners for LS and POC business.
• Formulate distribution growth strategies that align with partner capabilities, customer relationships, field coverage, segmentation, market access, commercial goals, portfolio priorities, and customer requirements.
• Create both short- and long-term roadmaps across current and emerging channels.
• Evaluate sales data, product mix, customer segments, geographic distribution, pipeline, distributor performance, market trends, and unmet needs.
• Develop executive-ready recommendations and business cases.
• Prioritize growth opportunities based on revenue potential, strategic alignment, customer value, feasibility, investment, and likelihood of success.
• Support decision-making with financial models and scenario analyses.
• Maintain a clear portfolio that includes ownership details, milestones, decisions, and anticipated impact.
• Lead strategic initiatives from conception through to sustainable execution, including plans, milestones, pilot projects, scaling, ownership transitions, interdependencies, and escalations.
• Coordinate cross-functional and distributor workstreams involving Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, Commercial Operations, Service, Contracting, and other departments.
• Facilitate strategic planning, initiative reviews, and joint business assessments.
• Enhance data collection, quality, accessibility, reporting, and planning tools.
• Establish repeatable playbooks for opportunity evaluation, initiative design, launch, governance, and performance monitoring.
• Define KPIs, leading indicators, financial outcomes, and measures of adoption.
• Monitor variances, recommend corrective actions, and report on revenue impact, ROI, portfolio health, decisions made, risks, and lessons learned.
• Scale successful strategies or redesign or discontinue underperforming initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in business development, corporate or commercial strategy, strategic planning, consulting, commercial operations, channel management, or a related area.
• Extensive experience in project and program management, leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy development to implementation and outcome measurement.
• Proven experience in leveraging data and market intelligence to identify opportunities, prioritize investments, and formulate actionable growth strategies.
• Experience in developing business cases, financial analyses, executive recommendations, and measurable implementation plans.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive execution within a matrix organization.
• Exceptional written, verbal, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience collaborating with distributors, channel partners, indirect sales models, or strategic alliances.
• Background in laboratory diagnostics, healthcare, medical devices, life sciences, or another regulated sector.
• Familiarity with commercial analytics, CRM platforms, business intelligence tools, market sizing, customer segmentation, and competitive intelligence.
• Formal certification in project management, strategy, or process improvement.
• Ability to work with controlled technology in compliance with US export control laws.
