This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Facilitate sales and marketing initiatives for the CRO Business Unit
• Manage key accounts while seeking new business opportunities
• Serve as a brand ambassador for Indero at industry conferences and various events
• Collaborate with senior management to define and implement strategies for revenue growth
• Execute the established annual sales plan
• Oversee revenue growth objectives for assigned sales territories and the organization
• Provide sales forecasts and manage sales activity plans
• Articulate the company’s value proposition and service offerings to medical key opinion leaders and prospective clients in the medical device, pharmaceutical, and biotech sectors
• Review and contribute to project proposals and budgets
• Identify and cultivate new service offerings, technologies, and business models
• Assist in the development and evaluation of business and sales strategies
• Conduct internal and external presentations for staff training and market outreach
• Support the company's presence at scientific meetings, direct sales efforts, and other events
• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of company services
• Develop competitive pricing strategies to optimize operating surplus
• Advise management on contract negotiations and pricing strategies
• Coordinate legally binding contracts, including preferred provider and non-disclosure agreements
• Organize client visits, capabilities presentations, client meetings, direct sales activities, and bid defense presentations
• Represent the company at conventions, symposia, and industry meetings
• Manage budgets and contract negotiations with study sponsors
• Evaluate and incorporate new services into the CRO Business Unit
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business administration, sciences)
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and/or contract research organization (CRO) industry, preferably in a business management, sales, and/or marketing role
• Confident, innovative, insightful, client-focused, and service-oriented professional with scientific expertise in clinical drug and device research
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to work closely with business operations
• Professionalism, conflict management skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Strong leadership, interpersonal communication, motivation skills, and team-building capabilities
• Capacity to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while approaching solutions calmly and thoughtfully
• Resourcefulness in prioritizing tasks
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Established network of industry contacts, especially within dermatology and/or rheumatology CROs for Phase 1 through Phase 3
• Relevant prior experience in sales and marketing
• Proven success in meeting sales targets
• Must have legal authorization to work in Spain
