This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Facilitate sales and marketing initiatives for the CRO Business Unit
• Oversee key accounts and pursue new business opportunities
• Act as a brand ambassador for Indero at industry conferences and various events
• Collaborate with the senior management team to establish and enhance revenue-growth strategies
• Implement the agreed-upon annual sales plan
• Conduct sales activities throughout Europe and the Middle East
• Achieve or surpass revenue growth objectives for assigned sales territories and the organization
• Provide sales forecasts and manage sales activity plans for designated territories
• Articulate Indero’s value proposition and service offerings to medical key opinion leaders and potential medical device, pharmaceutical, and biotech companies
• Review and contribute to new project proposals and budgets
• Identify and create new service offerings, technologies, and business models
• Assist in formulating and evaluating business and sales strategies
• Conduct internal and external presentations for staff training and marketing in service areas
• Enhance company visibility through scientific meetings, direct sales, and other events
• Maintain a strong technical understanding of company services
• Develop competitive pricing strategies and optimize operating surplus
• Advise management on contract negotiations and pricing strategies
• Assist in the coordination of legally binding contracts, including preferred provider and non-disclosure agreements
• Organize client visits, capabilities presentations, client meetings, direct sales efforts, and bid defense presentations
• Represent the company at conventions, symposia, and industry gatherings
• Manage budgets and contract negotiations with study sponsors
• Evaluate and integrate new services into Indero’s CRO Business Unit
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business administration, sciences)
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and/or contract research organization (CRO) industry, preferably in a business management, sales, and/or marketing role
• A confident, innovative, insightful, client-focused, and service-oriented professional with scientific knowledge of clinical drug and device research
• Exceptional organizational abilities
• Capacity to work closely with business operations
• Professional demeanor, ability to handle conflicts, and maintain confidentiality
• Strong leadership, interpersonal communication, staff motivation, and team-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and thoughtful in pursuit of solutions
• Resourcefulness in prioritizing tasks
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• A solid network of industry contacts, especially in dermatology and/or rheumatology CRO from Phase 1 to Phase 3
• Relevant prior experience in sales and marketing
• Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets
