This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Promote CTI's consulting services in clinical trials, regulatory affairs, and scientific matters.
• Market Phase I–III clinical trials and provide regulatory consulting from pre-IND through NDA support.
• Identify, reach out to, and nurture relationships with potential clients.
• Act as the client manager for current clients.
• Establish and maintain connections with qualified targets and decision-makers in the biotech and pharmaceutical sectors.
• Discover sales opportunities and formulate effective sales strategies.
• Create targeted business development accounts while aligning CTI’s offerings with client needs.
• Collaborate with the proposal team to prepare budgets and proposals.
• Offer guidance on proposal content and budget scope.
• Build relationships with clinical operations management and proposal/contracting teams.
• Develop and execute strategies for raising awareness, generating leads, and identifying opportunities related to specific diseases.
• Represent CTI at conferences focused on therapeutic areas and engage with potential clients.
• Lead and take part in bid defense and capabilities discussions.
• Communicate with accounts and internal teams to ensure that account requirements are fulfilled.
• Present sales prospects to management and collaborate internally to secure complex sales.
• Track and update lead statuses to keep the sales pipeline active.
• Report account activities to sales leaders and CTI executives.
• Keep CRM systems updated.
• Oversee sales departmental metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or physical/life sciences.
• Sales experience, encompassing account profiling, relationship building, needs assessment, and closing accounts.
• Over 5 years of experience in pharmaceuticals, clinical settings, or related fields.
• Proven experience in identifying, contacting, and developing new client relationships.
• Experience in managing existing client accounts.
• Strong strategic thinking abilities.
• Effective networking skills.
• Capability to provide client-focused solutions.
• Ability to collaborate with proposal, clinical operations management, and proposal/contracting teams.
• Willingness to attend therapeutically focused conferences.
• Capacity to lead or engage in bid defense and capabilities discussions.
• Proficient in maintaining CRM updates and managing sales departmental metrics.
