This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive initiatives for new business development and existing business expansion/renewals.
• Oversee the entire sales process, which includes generating leads and qualifying prospects.
• Lead cross-functional teams in pursuit efforts, guiding them on deal strategy, pricing, service offerings, value propositions, and presentation formats.
• Concentrate on securing new sales agreements through team collaboration and solution-oriented selling.
• Manage and achieve results against a designated sales quota.
• Develop strategies for deals and pricing, as well as formulate proposal plans.
• Identify new brands to prospect and cultivate an industry network to enhance the sales pipeline.
• Investigate opportunities for cross-selling.
• Negotiate contracts and finalize deals.
• Provide ongoing commercial support for accounts that have been closed by the DBD.
• Enhance knowledge in the vertical to facilitate consultative selling.
• Team up with SCS and DTS members to secure collective business for Ryder.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is required.
• A Non-Commercial Driver License CLASS E is required.
• Strong listening, writing, and speaking skills.
• Capability to create and deliver impactful presentations.
• Proficient interpersonal, negotiation, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and assignments, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing conditions.
• Competence to think, speak, and act effectively without prior preparation.
• Skill in creating and maintaining professional relationships across all organizational levels.
• Ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
• Capacity to handle confidential information responsibly.

• In-depth understanding of services, costs, pricing, and value.
• A Master's degree in business administration is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in selling supply chain solutions and/or achieving quota attainment more than three times within a 60-month period is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience: 3 years meeting quota and 2 years achieving 75% of quota is preferred.
• Adherence to Ryder's Policies and Procedures, including the Travel and Expense Policy.
• May be required to undergo employment and education verification, motor vehicle records check, road test, and/or customer badging or background checks.
