This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
β’ Conduct comprehensive analyses of the end-to-end acquisition funnel performance, from impressions to activation.
β’ Identify and optimize high-value customer segments, including audience targeting, segmentation, and channel mix.
β’ Develop models and analyses to assess customer acquisition costs, lifetime value, and payback periods.
β’ Assist in forecasting and scenario planning for growth in customer acquisition.
β’ Examine the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding to retention.
β’ Determine the key drivers behind activation, adoption, and customer attrition.
β’ Recognize high-value and at-risk customer segments and propose targeted strategies.
β’ Perform cohort and longitudinal analyses to gain insights into customer trends.
β’ Provide insights aimed at enhancing retention, utilization, and frequency of use.
β’ Collaborate with product and customer teams to pinpoint user-experience friction points and opportunities for improvement.
β’ Create and uphold customer segmentation frameworks.
β’ Work alongside marketing and product teams to design and evaluate A/B tests and experiments.
β’ Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks throughout the acquisition and customer management value chain.
β’ Simplify complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
β’ Influence stakeholders to achieve clarity on strategies, priorities, and trade-offs.
β’ Mentor and build a team of analysts as the function expands.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Business or a quantitative discipline (such as Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Physical Sciences, Statistics, Engineering, etc.).
β’ Over 5 years of experience in quantitative analytics.
β’ More than 2 years of experience in a managerial role.
β’ Proven ability to solve problems and make data-driven decisions.
β’ A strong history of formulating and executing business strategies that foster growth and profitability.
β’ High proficiency in data analysis tools and experience handling large datasets.
β’ Experience in cohort analysis and customer segmentation, ideally throughout the lifecycle from acquisition to retention.
β’ Capability to utilize AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to enhance the speed, quality, and impact of work.
β’ A results-oriented and action-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
β’ Proven ability to communicate effectively across various levels and groups to foster alignment.
β’ Strong experience in cross-functional collaboration with marketing, data, product, risk, and engineering teams.
β’ Preferred: Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or lending sectors.
