This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the technical vision and strategic roadmap for BI reporting, sensing, executive analytics, and AI-driven decision support platforms.
• Act as the primary leader for analytics and engineering teams based in the U.S.
• Direct the design and scaling of data, analytics, and AI solutions across architecture, platform selections, and delivery methodologies.
• Enhance natural-language analytics, proactive insights, generative AI, and AI-agent experiences utilizing reliable enterprise data.
• Convert priorities from senior leadership and complex business requirements into technical investment strategies, capability plans, and execution roadmaps.
• Foster relationships with business leaders, product partners, and global delivery teams to ensure alignment on strategy, priorities, and adoption.
• Provide visibility to leadership regarding progress, dependencies, risks, trade-offs, and delivery decisions.
• Advocate for strong engineering, product, and user experience practices.
• Integrate external practices and emerging technologies into the enterprise strategy when they generate measurable value.
• Doctorate degree and 4 years of directly relevant experience, OR Master’s degree and 8 years of directly relevant experience, OR Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of directly relevant experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in directly managing personnel and/or leadership experience in leading teams, projects, programs, or directing resource allocation.
• Leadership experience in business intelligence, analytics, data platforms, software products, or decision-support capabilities.
• Experience in leading analytics, software engineering, and/or data engineering teams while setting technical direction for modern enterprise data and analytics environments.
• Capability to translate business strategy and senior leadership priorities into technical investment strategies, capability roadmaps, and execution plans.
• Strong foundation in data platforms, analytics architecture, software delivery, and platform design.
• Exposure to or leadership experience with AI-enabled solutions, including LLM-based applications, generative AI, natural-language analytics, and AI agents.
• Proven ability to influence senior business and technology leaders in a large, global, matrixed organization.
• History of leading organizational change and assisting teams in transitioning from traditional reporting to more proactive, intelligent, and self-service methodologies.
