This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
β’ Oversee administrative and clinical operations of the growing therapy teams.
β’ Guide regional clinical managers and therapists within active markets.
β’ Develop scalable clinical protocols and enhance provider caseload management.
β’ Mentor, coach, and develop clinical site managers and supervisors.
β’ Conduct regular one-on-one performance coaching, group supervision, and clinical mentoring.
β’ Collaborate with Medical Services and Clinical Leadership to create evidence-based treatment protocols.
β’ Standardize clinical documentation and assess improvements in client quality of life.
β’ Assist in the recruitment of therapists and streamline the onboarding process.
β’ Maximize schedule capacity to ensure clinicians achieve caseload targets without experiencing burnout.
β’ Oversee ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
β’ Ensure that clinical workflows and regional delivery models adhere to state regulations.
β’ Masterβs Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or a related discipline.
β’ Active and unrestricted clinical license for practicing psychotherapy in PA as an LCSW.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in clinical operations leadership within a behavioral health environment, demonstrating expertise as a Manager, Associate Director, or Director.
β’ Proven experience in leading, coaching, and assessing clinical site managers and supervisors.
β’ Direct clinical experience with a strong emphasis on pediatric, adolescent, and family mental health.
β’ Demonstrated capacity to build, scale, and retain therapist teams across multiple sites or remote settings in a growing context.
β’ Strong commitment to multi-disciplinary care, evidence-based interventions for pediatric and adolescent populations, and outcome-focused therapeutic practices.
β’ Capability to collaborate effectively across Clinical Operations, Talent Acquisition, IT, and Quality departments.
β’ Proficient in utilizing outcome measures, productivity benchmarks, and scheduling metrics.
β’ Solid understanding of state behavioral health regulatory standards, clinical protocols, and quality improvement methodologies.
β’ Preferred: Dual licensure in multiple Blackbird active markets (PA, VA, NJ, MD).
β’ Preferred: Experience in managing hybrid operations.
β’ Preferred: Background in creating formal clinical onboarding frameworks and continuing education programs.
