This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Execute construction dispute resolution, claims preparation and analysis, forensic accounting, cost analysis, and provide project controls and contract administration support for ongoing projects.

• Conduct damages quantification, which includes loss of productivity, prolongation costs, additional work, and contract evaluations.

• Assist in the preparation of expert reports.

• Perform advanced data research.

• Manage and cultivate client relationships.

• Prepare and present findings in presentations to effectively communicate results.

• Support the management and/or oversight of construction projects, ideally within the infrastructure and energy sectors.

• Offer consultancy services on significant and/or complex disputes.

• Draft comprehensive reports.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure assignments are completed to the satisfaction of clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in the construction and engineering sector, emphasizing construction claims, cost control, and change order management.

• An accredited undergraduate degree in engineering, construction management, accounting, or a related field from a prestigious university.

• Possession of a professional license and/or certifications (e.g., professional engineer or engineer in training, cost professional, project management professional or equivalent).

• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.

• Capability to lead and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.

• Professional demeanor and client-facing skills, with the ability to establish trust.

• A solid technical foundation in project planning and control.

• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and construction scheduling software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

• Adaptable work approach.

• Understanding of project-based work, with the ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.

• A sense of personal accountability for the quality of work produced.

• Willingness to travel for various assignments.

• Ability to spend extended periods seated at a desk and working on a computer.
