This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Develop and support the strategic vision and roadmap for consumer companion applications.
• Prioritize funding based on consumer impact, health outcomes, and business objectives.
• Evaluate research and data to derive insights that shape product and strategic direction.
• Promote a collaborative, team-oriented product culture.
• Manage relationships with internal and external partners, including scopes, timelines, quality, and roadmap commitments.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, user research, business analysts, and product owners.
• Advocate for consumer needs in product decisions utilizing research, usage data, and qualitative insights.
• Champion intuitive, accessible, and high-quality app experiences.
• Contribute to requirements, workflows, designs, features, builds, and testing.
• Set technical standards and create scalable, modular solutions.
• Communicate app performance, strategic direction, and improvement opportunities to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Act as an internal subject matter expert on best practices for consumer companion apps.
• Define and monitor in-market KPIs in collaboration with data and analytics teams.
• Depending on skills and interests, oversee UAT, launch execution, and/or research and data functions.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing) or equivalent experience required.
• Authorized to work full-time in the United States.
• Lilly will not provide support for or sponsor work authorization or visas.
• At least 4 years of progressive experience in product management or a related field.
• Strong emphasis on consumer-facing digital products, preferably within healthcare or a highly regulated industry.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Experience leveraging research and insights to guide product development, usability/human factors expertise, or direct marketing experience is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to communicate stories that translate research and data into compelling narratives.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience managing internal and external partners, including scoping, timeline management, and delivery and quality commitments.
• Strong analytical skills with the capacity to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulatory requirements and compliance considerations, such as HIPAA, GDPR, and FDA regulations, is significantly advantageous.
