This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Formulate and implement the Asset Management AI, data, analytics, and automation strategy tailored to support enterprise growth, enhance EBITDA, improve margins, elevate pricing effectiveness, and generate customer value.
• Oversee the Asset Management Center of Excellence, which focuses on analytics, reporting, fleet intelligence, asset lifecycle optimization, technology enablement, and process automation.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to pinpoint opportunities for revenue enhancement, cost reduction, asset productivity gains, and operational efficiencies.
• Set KPIs, governance structures, and performance measurement frameworks that connect analytics initiatives to financial outcomes.
• Direct pricing strategy and optimization efforts across various asset portfolios.
• Conduct analyses on price elasticity, customer willingness-to-pay, commercial segmentation, dynamic pricing, revenue management, discount management, and promotional effectiveness.
• Propose actions that enhance pricing realization, profitability, and portfolio performance.
• Identify and implement GenAI, predictive analytics, machine learning, optimization models, and AI agent capabilities.
• Lead the development of descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics solutions.
• Transform emerging AI technologies into practical commercial, operational, and financial applications.
• Collaborate with Technology and Data Science teams to transition concepts from pilot phases to large-scale production.
• Leverage customer, market, competitive, operational, and financial data to bolster product strategy, product profitability, and portfolio optimization.
• Examine customer behavior, retention, acquisition, profitability, and lifetime value.
• Generate insights to enhance customer segmentation, cross-selling, upselling, and wallet share growth.
• Assess product portfolio and asset investment strategies based on market demand and financial returns.
• Spearhead enterprise reporting, dashboard creation, and analytical tools to aid executive decision-making.
• Provide actionable insights and translate complex analytics into business implications, financial outcomes, and strategic recommendations.
• Develop scalable reporting frameworks for fleet performance, utilization, profitability, and asset lifecycle management.
• Build, lead, and nurture a high-performing team of analytics, reporting, data, AI, and business intelligence professionals.
• Encourage innovation, continuous improvement, accountability, and business collaboration.
• Influence stakeholders and promote the adoption of data-driven decision-making practices.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in analytics, pricing, finance, asset management, commercial strategy, product management, or equivalent business functions.
• Proven track record of leading enterprise analytics initiatives that yielded measurable financial results.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and influencing executive stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, Power BI, SQL, Python or equivalent analytical tools, machine learning platforms, Generative AI, AI Agent frameworks, and enterprise data and analytics architecture.
• Demonstrated expertise in revenue growth strategies, gross margin and contribution margin analysis, EBITDA improvement initiatives, ROI development and business case formulation, customer and product profitability, cost-to-serve analytics, revenue and demand forecasting, competitive pricing analysis, portfolio optimization, scenario modeling, and sensitivity analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics.
• Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, optimization, and emerging analytics technologies.
• Ability to translate analytical insights into actionable plans and measurable business outcomes.
• Travel required: 0-10%.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• Experience in transportation, logistics, fleet management, leasing, warehousing, distribution, or other asset-intensive sectors preferred.
• Experience leading AI, machine learning, pricing, commercialization, or revenue optimization initiatives preferred.
• Experience in implementing enterprise analytics platforms and modern cloud-based data solutions preferred.
