Director, Analytics – Reporting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Implement the analytics strategy through scalable solutions, disciplined execution, and quantifiable business results.

• Lead and nurture a team of analytics experts.

• Engage in solution design, intricate analysis, executive reporting, data product creation, and problem resolution.

• Manage an expanding analytics portfolio.

• Develop processes, standards, and operational routines to translate business requirements into reporting, insights, and analytical solutions.

• Collaborate with leaders across operations, clinical, finance, compliance, technology, and other business areas.

• Foster trust in data, enhance the speed and quality of insights, minimize manual processes, and aid in business decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, reporting, data products, decision support, or a related discipline.

• 5+ years of leadership experience with accountability for delivery, coaching, performance, and resource management.

• Proven ability to develop roadmaps and deliver analytics portfolios with demonstrable business results.

• Advanced proficiency in SQL and familiarity with business intelligence tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

• Experience in complex analytics, solution design, data validation, troubleshooting, and executive reporting.

• Background in working with large, complex data sources and collaborating with technology and data teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Operations Research, Public Health, Health Informatics, Business, or a related field.

• Equivalent education and experience may be considered.

• Capability to adapt and work effectively in a dynamic environment.

• Skills in portfolio management, prioritization, estimation, dependency management, and risk management.

• Strong communication and influencing abilities at the executive level.

• Proficiency in analytics methodologies, KPI design, visualization, root-cause analysis, and data quality management.

• Capacity to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.

• Strong judgment, accountability, integrity, and discretion.

• Understanding of privacy, security, regulatory, and audit standards related to analytics and reporting.
