This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Implement the analytics strategy through scalable solutions, disciplined execution, and quantifiable business results.
β’ Lead and nurture a team of analytics experts.
β’ Engage in solution design, intricate analysis, executive reporting, data product creation, and problem resolution.
β’ Manage an expanding analytics portfolio.
β’ Develop processes, standards, and operational routines to translate business requirements into reporting, insights, and analytical solutions.
β’ Collaborate with leaders across operations, clinical, finance, compliance, technology, and other business areas.
β’ Foster trust in data, enhance the speed and quality of insights, minimize manual processes, and aid in business decision-making.
β’ 12+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, reporting, data products, decision support, or a related discipline.
β’ 5+ years of leadership experience with accountability for delivery, coaching, performance, and resource management.
β’ Proven ability to develop roadmaps and deliver analytics portfolios with demonstrable business results.
β’ Advanced proficiency in SQL and familiarity with business intelligence tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
β’ Experience in complex analytics, solution design, data validation, troubleshooting, and executive reporting.
β’ Background in working with large, complex data sources and collaborating with technology and data teams.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Operations Research, Public Health, Health Informatics, Business, or a related field.
β’ Equivalent education and experience may be considered.
β’ Capability to adapt and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
β’ Skills in portfolio management, prioritization, estimation, dependency management, and risk management.
β’ Strong communication and influencing abilities at the executive level.
β’ Proficiency in analytics methodologies, KPI design, visualization, root-cause analysis, and data quality management.
β’ Capacity to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
β’ Strong judgment, accountability, integrity, and discretion.
β’ Understanding of privacy, security, regulatory, and audit standards related to analytics and reporting.
β’ Licensure: None required.
