This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
• Act as the analytics lead for a diverse portfolio of clients, taking ownership of recurring and ad hoc analyses, reporting, presentations, and actionable insights.
• Integrate and evaluate data from various sources to address client business inquiries, assess performance, identify optimization opportunities, and facilitate marketing decision-making.
• Create marketing measurement frameworks that link marketing activities to business outcomes, growth, acquisitions, and revenue results.
• Establish data collection, tracking, and tagging specifications that support measurement frameworks.
• Propose, design, and execute multi-touch attribution, incrementality tests, experiments, and other sophisticated measurement methodologies.
• Articulate the benefits, limitations, assumptions, and suitable applications of measurement strategies.
• Collaborate with Media, Strategy, MarTech, Marketing Operations, Client Experience, and Data Platform teams.
• Aid new business initiatives through pitch materials, project scoping, and measurement strategies.
• Enhance practice workflows, methodologies, and technical documentation.
• Mentor junior team members by providing technical guidance, constructive feedback, quality reviews, and support.
• Manage multiple client priorities while ensuring accuracy, analytical rigor, and timely delivery.
• Over 8 years of professional experience in marketing analytics, marketing science, marketing effectiveness, or marketing measurement, including substantial experience in a fast-paced agency, consultancy, or multi-client marketing setting.
• Proven hands-on experience in designing and implementing advanced measurement solutions, such as marketing mix modeling, multi-touch attribution, incrementality testing, and experiments.
• In-depth knowledge of attributed performance, incremental impact, marketing efficiency, and progress toward broader business objectives.
• Advanced analytical capabilities, including proficiency in SQL, R, Python, or another analytical programming language.
• Experience in querying, integrating, and analyzing complex, fragmented, or multi-source marketing data.
• Familiarity with building and utilizing dashboards, reporting solutions, analytical tools, spreadsheets, and AI-assisted workflows.
• Ability to translate marketing performance data into clear insights, engaging narratives, and actionable recommendations for clients and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and consulting abilities.
• Strong understanding of marketing channels, campaign and ad platform data, tracking and tagging methodologies, conversion tracking, and marketing measurement data infrastructure.
• Outstanding problem-solving and consulting skills.
• Required experience with sophisticated customer-level data, attribution, experimentation, and closed-loop measurement.
• Experience in mentoring junior analytics professionals; prior people-management experience is highly preferred.
