This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and implement the growth strategy for the AI practice, including pipeline, bookings, revenue, and market expansion objectives.
• Discover, assess, define, and pursue strategic opportunities in AI consulting, implementation, and technology-enabled services.
• Cultivate relationships at the executive level with customers, mission and business leaders, technology executives, procurement stakeholders, and partners.
• Create and commercialize standardized AI service offerings, accelerators, sales materials, solution strategies, go-to-market plans, pricing models, and distribution channels.
• Align the AI roadmap with market opportunities and client needs in collaboration with AI executives, architects, engineers, delivery leaders, and account executives.
• Set up operational rhythms, growth metrics, and standardized methods to evolve the practice into a sustainable business line.
• Build and enhance relationships with AI product firms, foundation-model providers, cloud platforms, data and software companies, and systems integrators.
• Develop joint solutions, market entry strategies, demonstrations, and pursuit tactics with key technology partners.
• Negotiate and activate partnerships that enhance capabilities, strengthen competitive positioning, create new pipelines, and expedite customer adoption.
• Lead the qualification of opportunities, customer shaping, capture planning, competitive positioning, teamwork, and the development of winning strategies.
• Manage business narratives and directly contribute to proposal strategies, solution framing, executive summaries, technical content, reviews, and presentations.
• Coordinate customer requirements, LTS capabilities, partner technologies, pricing, and delivery realities into effective, differentiated solutions.
• Support a disciplined transition from contract award to delivery.
• Represent LTS in executive briefings, demonstrations, conferences, industry forums, webinars, and thought-leadership initiatives.
• Provide guidance on LTS AI initiatives utilizing practical knowledge in generative AI, LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, advanced analytics, and enterprise AI platforms.
• Assist customers in assessing use cases, outcomes, implementation strategies, data readiness, governance, responsible AI practices, security, and adoption processes.
• Track AI market trends, partner roadmaps, competitor offerings, policy changes, and customer priorities, translating insights into strategic growth initiatives.
• Ensure that proposed solutions are focused on outcomes, technically sound, commercially viable, and feasible for delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, Business, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in AI or technology consulting, professional services, practice development, business development, capture, alliances, or growth leadership.
• Demonstrated success in building or significantly expanding an AI consulting, technology, or professional services practice with measurable pipeline, bookings, revenue, or market growth.
• Proven track record of bringing AI capabilities to market and transforming them into repeatable service offerings and revenue-generating client engagements.
• History of personally originating, shaping, capturing, and winning complex AI or technology service opportunities.
• Strong relationships or established credibility with AI product companies, model providers, cloud platforms, enterprise software firms, and systems integrators.
• In-depth understanding of alliance tiers, co-sell programs, channels, marketplaces, joint solution development, and partner-led demand generation.
• Experience leading capture efforts and contributing directly to proposals, solution presentations, demonstrations, executive briefings, and oral proposal sessions.
• Technical fluency sufficient to engage with customer executives, architects, engineers, delivery teams, and technology partners, translating business needs into practical AI solution strategies.
• Strong executive communication, relationship-building, negotiation, presentation, and influencing skills, with a proactive approach and comfort as a hands-on individual contributor.
• Willingness to travel as necessary for customer engagements, partnerships, pursuits, and industry events.
