This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the design, delivery, quality, scope, and financial performance of AI and data product initiatives across client accounts.
• Act as the engagement leader on pivotal programs.
• Convert intricate client requirements into scalable product strategies.
• Establish and uphold specification quality, backlog standards, and adoption KPIs.
• Cultivate relationships with executive client sponsors and formulate multi-phase roadmaps from MVC to scale.
• Strategize staffing and capacity across the practice.
• Maintain a balance between utilization, growth, and delivery commitments at scale.
• Manage the recruiting pipeline and attract top-tier talent.
• Oversee go-to-market strategy, pipeline objectives, and revenue outcomes for product management.
• Lead pre-sales engagements, discovery sessions, executive workshops, SOW scoping, and outcome-driven storytelling.
• Develop phData’s Product Management standards, delivery frameworks, and reusable assets.
• Establish AI productivity standards and evaluation models.
• Ensure that AI fluency translates into measurable business value.
• Propel outcomes in revenue growth, delivery quality, customer satisfaction, team utilization, practice growth, and AI-assisted productivity.
• Over 10 years of product management experience, including a minimum of 3 years in consulting, professional services, or advisory roles.
• Proven success in leading and managing product managers with accountability for utilization, performance, and client satisfaction.
• Experience managing a portfolio of client accounts with responsibility for delivery quality, scope, and financial performance.
• Demonstrated achievement in building and scaling data or AI products from MVP to production.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the modern data and AI stack, including Snowflake, cloud platforms, BI tools, and agentic AI frameworks.
• Expertise in product operating models, backlog management, specification quality, KPI frameworks, Business Acceptance criteria, and Value Realization Plans.
• Experience in designing AI-assisted product workflows and integrating AI productivity tools into team delivery.
• Capability to assess and enforce AI adoption standards across a portfolio.
• Demonstrated pre-sales experience, including SOW development, executive proposals, and closing consulting engagements.
• Strong executive communication and storytelling skills for CDO, CTO, and board-level audiences.
• Background in identifying delivery risks, escalating issues effectively, and driving root-cause accountability across multi-engagement portfolios.
• Experience at a leading data, AI, or management consulting firm is preferred.
• Previous experience working in global or remote teams and collaborating across the U.S., LATAM, and/or India.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% (10 of 20 days per month).
