Director, Advisory Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Advisory consultants to enhance healthcare performance.

• Conduct billable consulting services for clients.

• Lead project engagements and drive results.

• Manage client relationships, engagement resources, project logistics, risks, issues, budgets, expenses, and profitability.

• Oversee the development, quality assurance, and implementation of client deliverables and solutions.

• Supervise, mentor, and develop team members.

• Act as a subject matter expert on various projects.

• Engage in sales and business development activities, including sales calls, RFP responses, presentations, and statements of work.

• Conduct client interviews, data analyses, interpretations, conclusions, presentations, and recommendations.

• Implement project plans in accordance with statements of work and client needs.

• Identify additional sales opportunities and assist in closing activities.

• Monitor market opportunities and relay potential leads.

• Contribute to the creation of sales presentation materials.

• Identify opportunities to enhance profitability.

• Complete annual training and assist in developing practice training resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• Capability to coordinate and deliver impactful presentations (both verbal and written) to client audiences.

• Proficiency in overseeing and assuring the quality of analytics while mentoring others in client deliverables.

• Ability to effectively relate to clients and team members in a collaborative manner.

• Skill in leading workgroups to achieve successful outcomes.

• Demonstrated expertise in a specific area of knowledge.

• Experience in Health Systems Finance, Operations, Strategic Planning, or Decision Support Analytics.

• Strong qualitative analysis and strategic problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in leading cross-functional teams.

• Capability to remain stationary for extended periods.

• Flexibility to adapt and rapidly change priorities; meet deadlines.

• Attention to detail is essential.

• Proficiency in operating computer programs and software.

• Effective communication skills with audiences in person and electronically.

• Ability to make independent decisions.

• Capacity to work collaboratively in close quarters with colleagues and manage interruptions.

• Willingness to travel 81-100% within the US.

• Sedentary physical demands, including the ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally.

• Preferred qualifications include a Master’s Degree, RN or other professional licenses, and PMP/Lean Certification.
