Director, Acquisition

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the strategy, creative testing, and scaling roadmap for Meta and TikTok Ads

• Lead high-volume paid social acquisition initiatives

• Collaborate with agencies to design, test, and optimize campaign frameworks, account configurations, and bidding strategies

• Guide agency media buyers to maximize efficiency on a large scale

• Create data-driven feedback loops linking media performance with creative production

• Conceptualize and test visual hooks, formats, and approaches to reduce ad fatigue

• Advise creators and creative teams on effective hooks, scripts, and calls-to-action

• Provide guidance on influencer and creator content for whitelisting and Spark Ad campaigns

• Oversee and report on new and returning customers, CAC, MER, and ROAS

• Collaborate with retention teams to synchronize acquisition with high-LTV cohorts

• Utilize MTA, MMM, and post-purchase survey data to establish return targets

• Report directly to the SVP of Acquisition Marketing

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in scaling paid social expenditure to multi-million-dollar monthly budgets for high-growth DTC e-commerce, subscription, or CPG brands

• In-depth technical expertise in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager

• Proficiency in analytics, including MTA and MMM

• Strong understanding of CPG unit economics, subscription models, repeat purchase behavior, and velocity metrics

• Ideal candidates will have experience with high-growth DTC subscription brands, omnichannel retail expansion, and new product line extensions

• Demonstrated ability to extract actionable insights from complex data sets

• Experience in managing and collaborating with agencies, media buyers, data analysts, and creative teams

• 6–10+ years of experience in performance/paid social marketing
