📋 Description

• Collaborate effectively with Huron and client senior leaders to design and implement enterprise technology solutions that achieve goals, consistently delivering outstanding results that meet or often exceed defined engagement objectives.

• Oversee client engagement delivery, providing team leadership and program management.

• Build lasting relationships that benefit the firm by securing additional project opportunities with clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in a consulting or advisory capacity with a focus on enterprise-scale platform implementations.

• Experience in estimating, implementation planning, functional application expertise, and project management.

• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, along with the interpersonal aptitude required to swiftly establish trust and collaborative relationships.

• Capability to establish credibility with senior-level, financially astute client executives based on expertise, professionalism, and maturity.

• Demonstrated thought leadership as evidenced by speaking engagements and/or published works.

• Proficient in managing multiple projects of varying scales and durations.

• Ability to mentor and contribute to the professional growth of Huron staff in both project management and technical aspects.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
