Direct Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Answer inbound calls in the call center by promoting Farmers insurance offerings.

• Consult with clients to comprehend their needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.

• Initiate outbound calls to maximize sales opportunities.

• Collect customer information to produce quotes and finalize business agreements.

• Deliver outstanding customer service and foster strong relationships with clients.

• Inform customers about coverage options and costs, enabling them to make informed selections.

• Assess customers for additional products and services to facilitate cross-selling and upselling chances.

• Utilize various computer systems while engaging with customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a sales-oriented role.

• Possession of a Property and Casualty License.

• Demonstrated ability to achieve quotas, metrics, and objectives.

• Skills in direct sales and the capacity to persuade customers and close transactions.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Eligibility to acquire a resident/non-resident property and casualty license in all necessary states.

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• Active Property & Casualty license is mandatory.

• Must be willing to work any shifts within department hours, including evenings, rotational Saturdays, and holidays.

• Full-time commitment: 40 hours per week; five 8-hour shifts weekly.
