Direct Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Answer inbound calls in the call center

• Effectively promote Farmers insurance products to potential customers

• Consult with clients to identify their needs

• Sell insurance products tailored to customer requirements

• Make outbound calls to maximize sales opportunities when necessary

• Collect customer information to produce quotes and finalize business

• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster strong relationships

• Educate clients on coverage options and pricing

• Assess customers for additional products and services to generate cross-selling and upselling opportunities

• Navigate various computer systems while interacting with clients

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a sales-driven environment

• Property and Casualty License is mandatory

• Demonstrated ability to achieve quotas, metrics, and objectives

• Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, dynamic atmosphere

• Commitment to a long-term career in the insurance sector

• Proven capacity to take initiative, resolve issues, and prioritize tasks

• Direct sales skills and the ability to influence clients and close deals

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities

• Capability to adjust communication style for each call

• Ability to convey complex policy and coverage details in clear terms

• Must qualify for resident/non-resident property and casualty licenses in all necessary states

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Active Property & Casualty license needed

• Availability for assigned shifts, which may include evenings, Saturdays, and holidays

• Must be able to work 40 hours per week, consisting of five 8-hour shifts
