Direct Sales – Auto & Home

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations related to personal lines insurance for existing clients

• Manage around 30–50 calls daily

• Handle inbound sales inquiries and fulfillment processes

• Educate clients on policy coverages, modifications, exclusions, and their insurance needs

• Address inquiries, concerns, and requests via phone, email, fax, and mail

• Adapt to different insurance carrier rating platforms

• Quickly and effectively resolve customer and prospect issues

• Cultivate relationships with clients, prospects, and insurance providers

• Conduct research and stay informed about current market trends

• Keep abreast of technology tools that support personal lines operations

• Utilize analytical and critical thinking skills in processes and communications

• Maintain a paperless working environment

• Stay knowledgeable about insurance regulations in various states

• Recognize customer challenges and collaborate to develop solutions

• Identify opportunities for efficiency enhancements and revenue growth for team leads

• Adhere to relevant Patra policies and procedures

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification

• 1 to 2+ years of experience in Personal Lines - Auto and Home products

• Valid Property & Casualty Insurance License

• Must work remotely from within the United States

• Availability from 12pm to 9pm EST and one Saturday every four weeks

• Minimum internet speed of 6 mbps download and 3 mbps upload

• Wired Ethernet connection from home router to computer is required

• Satellite internet is not permitted

• Strong understanding of personal lines coverages and services

• Experience with Agency Management Systems and Electronic Document Management

• Self-motivated, innovative, and adept at problem-solving

• Detail-oriented, organized, with excellent time management capabilities

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Accurate data entry and proficient typing abilities

• Strong customer service capabilities

• Proficient in computer and internet usage

• Familiarity with carrier websites, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Adobe
