This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and act as the main point of contact.
• Conduct bi-weekly client calls to discuss performance, strategies, priorities, and subsequent actions.
• Create and distribute bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours prior to scheduled calls.
• Convert campaign data into clear and actionable recommendations for clients without technical backgrounds.
• Foster strong client relationships that enhance retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Proactively address account issues to ensure stability and growth.
• Develop, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns aimed at lead generation and appointment booking.
• Oversee budgets, audience targeting, bidding strategies, creative testing, and campaign variables.
• Track performance on a daily basis and adjust based on cost-per-appointment and other key metrics.
• Identify underperforming campaigns and devise strategies to enhance results.
• Experiment with audiences, messaging, and creative elements to uncover opportunities for improved performance.
• Contribute to the creation of ad copy and campaign messaging.
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking mechanisms, Meta pixels, and conversion events.
• Configure integrations with Calendly, automate workflows using Zapier, and manage lead-routing processes.
• Address technical issues that arise between advertising platforms and client systems.
• Monitor tracking and lead flow proactively to avert issues that could impact client results.
• Report directly to the Associate Director of Operations and take responsibility for client results, relationships, and retention.
• A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in paid media, particularly in Meta advertising.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple client accounts while leading client-facing discussions.
• Proven success in steering campaigns towards specific performance targets while aiding client retention.
• Familiarity with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in financial services marketing (preferred).
• Background in lead-generation and appointment-setting campaigns (preferred).
• Knowledge of video sales letter marketing (preferred).
• Experience with high-ticket or considered-purchase funnels (preferred).
• Expertise in direct-response advertising (preferred).
