This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the workflow for direct response campaigns, managing everything from creative briefs to final art approvals.
• Gather and distribute feedback from stakeholders, ensuring that necessary revisions are completed promptly.
• Manage project tasks and deadlines using Asana, highlighting overdue items, pinpointing roadblocks, and resolving issues with stakeholders.
• Coordinate production schedules and dependent due dates with both vendors and internal teams.
• Attend weekly status meetings to provide updates on timelines and potential risks.
• Maintain comprehensive seed lists for both mail and email campaigns.
• Assist with new direct response initiatives, including ringless voicemail campaigns targeting new donors.
• Keep detailed logs for email, advertising, and creative tests alongside performance data.
• Record mail and send dates in shared calendars.
• Organize final campaign files in designated SharePoint folders according to standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Implement and coordinate outbound donor communications that align with fundraising appeals.
• Engage in donor thank-you calls, follow-up outreach, campaign solicitations, and stewardship efforts.
• Collaborate with the Direct Response & Database Officer to strategize donor outreach messaging and timing.
• Log donor outreach, interactions, and engagement results within the CRM.
• Identify opportunities for donor cultivation, reactivation, and stewardship.
• Provide insights from donor conversations to aid in developing fundraising strategies, messaging, and campaign planning.
• Coordinate video and ringless voicemail projects with the Executive Assistant to the President & CEO.
• Distribute final approved campaign files to internal stakeholders.
• Compile visuals and key dates for appeals and prepare weekly PowerPoint updates.
• Foster relationships with donors and external vendors, including creative agencies and digital fundraising platform providers.
• A bachelor’s degree is required; a degree in Marketing, Communications, Nonprofit Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, marketing operations, project coordination, or a related field.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the capacity to handle multiple deadlines concurrently.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks.
• Proficiency in using project management tools like Asana or similar platforms.
• Comfortable with file-sharing platforms such as SharePoint or similar.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Capable of communicating effectively with donors, internal stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Proficient in using donor database and CRM systems, including maintaining donor records, ensuring data integrity, and documenting donor communications and interactions.
• Experience in supporting a direct response fundraising team.
• Familiarity with email marketing, QA testing, or campaign reporting.
• Exposure to creative review processes or vendor coordination is beneficial.
• Interest in learning about direct response fundraising strategy and performance analysis.
• Ability to engage respectfully and knowledgeably with individuals from Christian faith traditions, including participating in faith-based conversations and offering prayer upon donor request.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to travel, including potential long-haul international flights.
• Remote work arrangement available.
