Digital Twin Studio Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Ylopo clients to obtain the original video recordings necessary for creating their digital twin.

• Effectively communicate the requirements, specifications, and instructions for video recording submissions to clients.

• Evaluate submitted videos to confirm they adhere to the required technical and quality standards prior to processing.

• Identify any missing or inadequate submissions and provide specific resubmission requirements.

• Follow up with clients through email or text to ensure timely video submissions and mitigate delays.

• Ensure clients fill out the necessary consent form/link that authorizes Ylopo to use their submitted video.

• Monitor any outstanding consent requirements and follow up with clients as necessary.

• Keep precise records of video submissions, consent completion, status, and pending client requirements.

• Ensure videos are not processed until all consent requirements are fulfilled.

• Upload and process approved client videos using the HeyGen Digital Twin Studio.

• Create digital twin videos utilizing various available looks, settings, and configurations.

• Execute test scripts to assess appearance, voice, delivery, and overall presentation quality.

• Modify Digital Twin Studio settings to enhance output quality.

• Gain in-depth familiarity with the Digital Twin Studio workflow to boost efficiency and output quality.

• Review generated videos for visual and presentation quality.

• Detect unnatural movements, facial expressions, lip synchronization issues, visual discrepancies, awkward delivery, and other quality concerns.

• Perform basic quality control before videos proceed.

• Highlight significant issues or limitations and recommend adjustments whenever feasible.

• Maintain consistent quality across all client digital twins.

• Keep an organized pipeline of clients at varying stages of the process.

• Monitor pending videos, follow-ups, consent completion, production status, testing, and quality control.

• Communicate status updates and potential delays to Aaron Franklin.

• Identify recurring issues and propose process enhancements.

• Assist in establishing and refining repeatable production processes and best practices for the Digital Twin Studio.

• Strong organizational and follow-up capabilities.

• Comfortable with learning and working with new software and technology.

• Strong written communication skills, especially for client-facing email and text exchanges.

• Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks while ensuring accurate record-keeping.

• Good visual judgment and the ability to recognize polished, natural, and professional video content.

• Capability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Willingness to work hours that align with the majority of U.S. business hours.

• Processor must be 2 GHz and above; Intel Core i5/i7 or equivalent is highly preferred.

• MUST have the latest Operating System: Windows 10, Windows 11, Ventura, or Sonoma.

• RAM should be at least 16 GB with 100 GB of free disk space.

• MUST have a backup computer with the same specifications as the primary device.

• A headset with noise-canceling features is essential.

• At least 20 Mbps and up wired connection for the main ISP.

• Backup internet is mandatory (pocket Wi-Fi, prepaid Wi-Fi, etc., but strictly no USB sticks allowed).

• Backup power source is required.

• Experience in video creation, editing, AI video tools, or digital content platforms.

• Familiarity with HeyGen or similar AI video/avatar platforms.

• Experience in client coordination, customer support, operations, virtual assistance, or project management.

• Understanding of basic video quality concepts like framing, lighting, audio, lip synchronization, and video presentation.

• Experience working with U.S.-based clients or remote teams.

• Schedule: Flexible, with expected overlap during most U.S. business hours.
