This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Provide enterprise-level leadership in testing across PLM, MES, ERP, enterprise integrations, and reporting functionalities.
β’ Manage the complete testing strategy and lifecycle for multiple concurrent technology initiatives.
β’ Establish testing standards, coordinate multidisciplinary testing teams and stakeholders, and evaluate release readiness and associated risks.
β’ Develop and uphold testing strategies, plans, procedures, schedules, and criteria for success.
β’ Define methodologies for component, system, integration, regression, smoke, and user acceptance testing.
β’ Convert functional and technical requirements into traceable test cases and acceptance criteria.
β’ Establish and maintain enterprise-level testing standards, processes, templates, and governance protocols.
β’ Collaborate with project, functional, technical, infrastructure, cybersecurity, supplier, and business teams to ensure test readiness.
β’ Lead and coordinate testing efforts across digital thread capabilities.
β’ Oversee test execution and ensure adherence to approved plans, procedures, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
β’ Manage tester assignments, responsibilities, access, environments, test data, and prerequisite activities.
β’ Oversee defect identification, documentation, prioritization, retesting, and closure processes.
β’ Evaluate test results, unresolved defects, and risks to advise on release readiness.
β’ Ensure test evidence and results are comprehensive, accurate, traceable, and properly retained.
β’ Develop and present test status, results, risks, defects, and readiness assessments to program leadership and stakeholders.
β’ Effectively communicate complex technical findings to technical, business, and executive audiences.
β’ Conduct post-test reviews, debriefs, and lessons-learned sessions.
β’ Analyze testing results and defect trends to pinpoint systemic issues and opportunities for improvement.
β’ Refine testing methodologies, processes, tools, metrics, and automation practices.
β’ Assess and facilitate the responsible integration of artificial intelligence and automation within testing processes.
β’ U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field with 12β15 years of relevant experience; or a Master's degree with 10β13 years of relevant experience.
β’ Additional relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree as permitted by the applicable job profile.
β’ Extensive experience in developing and executing test strategies and plans for complex enterprise applications or integrated systems.
β’ Proven experience in leading system, integration, regression, user acceptance, and release-readiness testing.
β’ Demonstrated skill in managing requirements-to-test traceability, defects, test evidence, and acceptance criteria.
β’ Experience coordinating testing efforts among multidisciplinary technical, functional, supplier, and business teams.
β’ Ability to analyze complex system behaviors, integration dependencies, and defects spanning multiple applications.
β’ Proven ability to communicate technical risks, results, and recommendations to senior and executive leadership.
β’ Experience leading technical efforts across multiple concurrent projects or programs.
β’ Preferred: Experience in testing Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), ERP, or integrated manufacturing and engineering systems.
β’ Preferred: Familiarity with iBase-t Solumina MES, PTC Windchill PLM, Deltek Costpoint ERP, eQube-MI, or eQube-BI.
β’ Preferred: Experience validating end-to-end transactions and data flows across PLM, MES, ERP, and middleware platforms.
β’ Preferred: Working knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, SQL querying, relational databases, and enterprise data structures.
β’ Preferred: Experience with automated testing frameworks, test management platforms, and requirements management tools.
β’ Preferred: Experience applying artificial intelligence or intelligent automation to software testing and quality assurance.
β’ Preferred: Experience in supporting aerospace, defense, regulated manufacturing, or other mission-critical environments.
