This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the digital product vision and prioritize the backlog for Medical Affairs and Evidence Generation platforms, which include Medical CRM and scientific exchange tools.
• Convert scientific engagement and evidence generation requirements into actionable user stories for technical teams.
• Ensure that digital solutions comply with non-promotional regulations and uphold medical integrity standards.
• Lead the development of tools and analytics to gather and evaluate global medical insights.
• Facilitate data-driven strategic decision-making for the leadership in Medical Affairs and Evidence Generation.
• Oversee the complete user experience for the Medical Affairs and Evidence Generation platforms.
• Establish and track KPIs to assess technology value and its impact on scientific engagement goals.
• Provide daily guidance to delivery teams and ensure alignment of development with Medical Affairs priorities.
• Act as the main point of contact for delivery teams, offering feedback and clarification on medical requirements.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred.
• Over 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst with a focus on solutions for Medical Affairs, Clinical, or R&D functions.
• More than 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
• Strong grasp of Medical Affairs and Evidence Generation business processes along with compliance requirements.
• Over 5 years of experience managing a product roadmap and leveraging KPIs to communicate and demonstrate technology value to scientific or medical stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of product management principles.
• Capability to translate complex scientific or medical business needs into requirements and user stories.
• Expert understanding of legal and regulatory compliance related to non-promotional activities and scientific exchange.
• Familiarity with Medical CRM and platforms used for insight gathering and the dissemination of scientific content.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and networks.
• Proven communication skills in a multicultural and multilingual global setting.
• Demonstrated agility, adaptability, comfort with ambiguity, trust-building capabilities, and resilience.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
