Digital Solutions Business Analyst III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and stay updated on current and emerging technologies, encompassing analytics, automation, and AI-driven solutions.

• Work closely with senior team members and client stakeholders to pinpoint challenges, opportunities, and business requirements associated with program delivery.

• Outline and document existing business processes, essential performance indicators, and program/project specifications.

• Create digital transformation roadmaps and change management strategies that align with client business goals.

• Assess business processes, systems, and technologies that support program delivery and identify areas for improvement.

• Apply critical thinking, data analytics, and business analysis techniques to scrutinize processes and suggest enhancements.

• Convert requirements into system configurations, software business process workflows, and reporting metrics.

• Generate workflows, business rules, data dictionaries, use cases, reports, dashboards, and other related artifacts.

• Engage in discovery, design, testing, implementation, training, and rollout phases of software deployment.

• Assist in solution design, configuration, and validation activities in collaboration with APgMT technical resources.

• Create user manuals, training materials, user acceptance test plans, and additional supporting documentation.

• Provide transformative digital solutions across PMIS, Asset Management, BIM, GIS, Communications, Finance, and other functional domains for capital improvement program clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Construction Management, or another technical field, or equivalent experience or education.

• Over 4 years of experience in supporting, implementing, administering, or analyzing PMIS within capital improvement programs, construction projects, or project controls settings.

• Proficient in implementing, configuring, administering, or supporting commercial PMIS platforms such as Kahua, Trimble e-Builder, Procore, Oracle Primavera Unifier, or similar solutions.

• Established knowledge in capital improvement program management and construction contract management.

• Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office applications, including Visio and MS Project.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% may be necessary.

• Capacity to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with all organizational levels, including senior management and executives.

• Aptitude for facilitating requirements gathering sessions and accurately documenting business processes.

• Skill in understanding client needs and translating them into software business requirements.

• Exceptional organizational, time management, and presentation abilities.

• Strong technical capability.

• Ability to work independently as well as lead dynamic and collaborative team environments.

• Proven problem-solving abilities.

• Familiarity with generative AI tools, workflow automation platforms, or advanced analytics technologies.

• Practical experience in design/build construction delivery.

• Knowledge of project management accounting and financial reporting.

• Experience in analyzing and drafting business and system requirements documents.

• Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development.

• Business Analysis Certification (CBPA, PMI-PBA, etc.) is preferred.
