
Digital Sales Specialist – Clear Aligners

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Enhance SPARK and the overall digital portfolio with orthodontic practices within the designated territory.
• Act as a digital specialist to influence and assist the field sales team through marketing strategies, training, and ongoing educational programs.
• Serve as the main point of contact and intermediary between clients and Ormco Support Teams across clinical, technical, and customer support functions.
• Propel growth and increase direct sales and margins for Spark Clear Aligners and intraoral scanners.
• Develop professional relationships with customers and meet targets for profitable sales volume and margins.
• Support Ormco field sales teams with marketing strategies, training, and ongoing education programs, as well as coaching and motivation.
• Provide training on product knowledge, customer segmentation, and sales techniques.
• Share insights and knowledge with practicing clinicians, assistants, and sales team members.
• Contribute to the formulation of sales plans and strategies to achieve objectives.
• Analyze data to pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Identify and cultivate advocates and key opinion leaders (KOLs) for Ormco’s digital offerings.
• Address and resolve customer concerns.
• Organize events and/or webinars to stimulate demand.
• Generate leads and follow up within the CRM while maintaining accurate CRM data.
• Collaborate with colleagues to brainstorm new approaches to boost sales.
• Forward innovative product ideas and suggestions for improvement to Product Management for consideration.
• Collect competitive intelligence and communicate findings to sales and marketing leadership.
• Prepare business activity reports and submit expense reports.
• A minimum of 3–5 years of sales experience.
• Previous experience in the medical technology or healthcare industry is preferred.
• Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 70%).
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self-driven with the capability to work independently.
• Strong team player.
• Natural talent for identifying business opportunities and persuading and influencing others.
• Solid understanding of business administration and commercial principles.
• Familiarity with technical concepts and their interrelations.
• Advocate for digital products and workflows.
• Advanced skills in presentation, negotiation, and coaching.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Regular travel (approximately 70%).
