This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Create and implement territory strategies to enhance awareness, adoption, usage, and growth of Intuitive's digital offerings.
• Meet quarterly and yearly sales, adoption, and usage targets.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects and oversee all phases of the sales lifecycle.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within both existing and potential accounts.
• Consult with surgeons, hospital leadership, clinical teams, and administrators to comprehend needs and align digital solutions with clinical and operational objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor and primary resource for digital solutions for assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers, Clinical Territory Associates, Capital Sales teams, and Digital Networking teams on account strategies and digital sales initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with Marketing, Product Management, Clinical, Engineering, and Operations teams.
• Promote product usage through customer education, onboarding, and training.
• Ensure that surgeons are trained and prepared to access and utilize digital solutions.
• Establish relationships with surgeon thought leaders and KOLs to enhance awareness and advocacy.
• Support regional and national marketing campaigns, trade shows, customer events, and educational initiatives.
• Assist surgeons and healthcare systems in leveraging digital technologies to enhance training, collaboration, performance, and patient outcomes.
• A minimum of 3 years of sales experience within the medical sector.
• Demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to clearly communicate and present ideas to internal teams and customer-facing stakeholders, including surgeons, nurse managers, and hospital C-suite leaders.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to work independently in a remote setting with some in-person sales activities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to navigate complex sales situations.
• Strong time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including some short-notice trips.
• Ability to access surgical and other patient care areas.
• Basic understanding of HL7, PACS, DICOM, and EPIC interfaces is preferred.
• Experience in hospital operating room environments is preferred.
• Previous experience in training physicians is preferred.
• May be required to provide current proof of vaccination against specific diseases, including COVID-19.
• Candidates may be subject to U.S. export-control licensing or a Technology Control Plan, where applicable.
• Total target compensation is listed as USD 172,943 for Region 1 and USD 163,000 for Region 2 (OTE, not base salary).
• Compensation package includes base salary, commission, benefits, and equity.
