This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Create and implement territory strategies to enhance awareness, adoption, utilization, and growth of Intuitive's digital offerings.
• Meet quarterly and annual targets for sales, adoption, and utilization.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities while overseeing all phases of the sales process.
• Identify and cultivate new business prospects within current and potential accounts.
• Consult with surgeons, hospital leadership, clinical teams, and administrators to assess needs and align digital solutions with clinical and operational objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor and primary resource for digital solutions for assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers, Clinical Territory Associates, Capital Sales teams, and Digital Networking teams to formulate account strategies and explore digital sales opportunities.
• Work collaboratively across departments, including Marketing, Product Management, Clinical, Engineering, and Operations teams.
• Promote product utilization through customer education, onboarding, and training initiatives.
• Ensure surgeons are adequately trained and equipped to access and utilize digital solutions.
• Foster relationships with surgeon thought leaders and KOLs to increase awareness and advocacy.
• Contribute to regional and national marketing efforts, trade shows, customer events, and educational programs.
• Assist healthcare customers in adopting Intuitive's AI-driven digital solutions for robotic-assisted surgery.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience within the medical sector.
• Demonstrated ability in cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient in communicating and presenting ideas effectively to internal teams and customer-facing stakeholders.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Capacity to work independently in a remote setting, with some in-person sales responsibilities.
• Ability to navigate complex sales environments.
• Strong time management skills and a meticulous organizational approach.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including some short-notice trips.
• Capability to access surgical and other patient care areas.
• Familiarity with HL7, PACS, DICOM, and EPIC interfaces is preferred.
• Experience in hospital operating room settings is preferred.
• Background in training physicians is preferred.
• Current proof of vaccination against certain diseases, including COVID-19, may be necessary.
• Total target compensation of 172943 USD for Region 1.
• Total target compensation of 163000 USD for Region 2.
• Compensation package includes base pay, commission, benefits, and equity.
