📋 Description

• Recruit, mentor, and develop a top-tier Digital Sales team dedicated to driving pipeline growth, acquiring customers, and expanding market reach.

• Create and implement innovative sales strategies aimed at enhancing adoption, utilization, and ensuring long-term customer success across Intuitive's digital offerings.

• Set clear performance objectives, monitor key metrics, and foster accountability to achieve continuous revenue growth and business prosperity.

• Collaborate with field sales and corporate partners to ensure strategic market alignment, prioritize leads effectively, and execute seamlessly.

• Engage closely with Marketing, Product Management, Clinical, and Operations teams to pinpoint growth opportunities and refine go-to-market strategies.

• Lead initiatives for training, adoption, and change management regarding new digital products and solutions.

• Act as a reliable voice for the customer, converting feedback into actionable insights that improve product development and enhance user experience.

• Manage territory planning, forecasting, reporting, and operational compliance to facilitate scalable growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of sales experience, including a minimum of 2 years in medical sales leadership (direct experience in managing sales teams is essential).

• Preferred experience in healthcare technology, medical devices, or enterprise software.

• Demonstrated success in strategic account management and leading cross-functional projects.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and consultative selling abilities.

• Willingness to travel up to 75%; field selling and access to surgical areas are required.
