Digital Sales and Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee up to 3 simultaneous incoming customer chats using the NICE CXOne platform, totaling approximately 60 chats during an 8-hour shift.

• Advise customers on the most advantageous options for contact lens purchases through engaging sales interactions.

• Respond to incoming customer emails or MMS as required by business demands.

• Maintain proactive communication with managers and team members through individual meetings, team gatherings, and team chats.

• Obtain prescriptions by phone from eye care providers when necessary.

• Deliver exceptional customer service in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

• Identify and resolve issues to foster positive customer experiences.

• Track performance metrics, including revenue per chat, quality, availability, and timeliness.

• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

• Embody the company's values.

• Execute additional duties as assigned by leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Minimum of 2-3 years of customer service experience.

• Strong typing skills (at least 40 words per minute) and technical proficiency.

• Reliable internet connection with a minimum of 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.

• A private, dedicated workspace that is free from interruptions or distractions to ensure confidentiality.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

• Positive, motivated, and solution-focused attitude.

• Availability to work scheduled afternoon/evening shifts.

• Required to work one Saturday or Sunday shift each week.

• Must reside in an approved hiring state.
