Digital Project Management & AI Instructor – Part-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conduct daily 1.5-hour interactive lectures focused on contemporary project management tools and techniques.

• Enhance existing lecture content with your own practical examples and assignments.

• Further refine the current curriculum, which includes lectures, exercises, and the course handbook.

• Lead and manage a team of 3 tutors.

• Collaborate closely with the tutor team to assess and discuss participants' learning progress.

• Assume responsibility for the performance of participants in your module.

• Adapt your teaching methods dynamically to align with the group's progress and pace.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in project management.

• Familiarity with both traditional and agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

• Proficient in tools such as Jira and Confluence.

• Strong interest in current AI tools and advancements.

• Ability to engage independently with AI and integrate it actively into your teaching.

• A genuine passion for teaching and fostering talent development.

• Leadership experience or considerable project responsibility in prior roles is preferred.

• Exceptional presentation and communication skills for delivering engaging, interactive lectures.

• Capacity to share your own practical experiences.

• Native-level proficiency in German.
