Digital Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the implementation and execution of digital products by coordinating project activities and monitoring milestones.

• Oversee a portfolio of digital programs and client projects of low to medium complexity.

• Collaborate with clients regarding program requirements, information gathering, onboarding, and implementation processes.

• Aid in data validation, project tracking, reporting, and analysis efforts.

• Work alongside Sales, Client Success, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Operations teams.

• Recognize and escalate project risks, challenges, and opportunities as they arise.

• Contribute to initiatives aimed at process improvement and suggest enhancements for workflows, tools, and client experiences.

• Support efforts in documentation, training, and sharing of knowledge.

• Develop a deep understanding of digital program operations, healthcare workflows, and Datavant products.

• Engage in special projects and strategic initiatives as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required, or equivalent professional experience in healthcare, operations, client success, project management, or related fields.

• 3 to 6 years of experience in operations, project management, client success, consulting, healthcare, or customer-facing roles.

• Proven experience in managing projects, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, or supporting client implementations.

• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to handle multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

• Excellent communication skills for engaging with technical, operational, and client stakeholders.

• Capability to interpret data, identify trends, and facilitate data-driven decision-making.

• Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.

• Willingness to learn technical concepts, healthcare workflows, and digital product functionalities.
