This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
• Develop and nurture long-lasting customer relationships to uncover sales opportunities within both existing and prospective targeted accounts.
• Implement the sales strategy alongside digital sales processes, encompassing lead generation, deal closure, and post-sales account management.
• Assist with customer onboarding, analyze workflows for optimization, provide training, and offer application support.
• Organize customer meetings and bolster sales and marketing initiatives through presentations, product demonstrations, remote and onsite sessions, and participation in tradeshows.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and a trusted advisor for digital solutions, becoming the primary contact in the designated territory.
• Meet annual sales objectives and growth targets for utilization within the assigned region.
• Follow up on finalized deals, ensuring successful project implementation and onboarding.
• Oversee reporting, forecasting, updates to the sales pipeline, sales activity outcomes, and expense reporting.
• Enhance customer and account relationships by collaborating with sales leadership and marketing teams.
• Conduct strategic market development initiatives, formal presentations, informal gatherings, and customer networking events.
• Manage and improve daily customer and account relations.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• An engineering or medical background is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the medical devices sector.
• At least 2 years of experience in procedural or healthcare software is preferred.
• Proven success in introducing new technologies to the market.
• Exceptional selling abilities and a talent for quickly establishing credibility with a highly educated customer base.
• Results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
• Familiarity with the Operating Room environment and a comprehensive understanding of clinical workflows in the OR, including MIS Surgery and Endoscopy.
• Knowledge of hospital IT and EMR/PACS markets.
• Ability to convey complex IT environments to various audiences.
• Experience collaborating with KOLs in MIS Surgery, Robotic Surgery, and Endoscopy within the designated region is preferred.
• Capability to manage complexity and thrive in a fast-paced matrixed environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across a diverse organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in both German and English.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% domestically, regionally, and internationally.
• Flexible remote work options.
