This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Define and uphold the product vision for the mobile app, including roadmap themes and measurable outcomes.
• Assess product opportunities by evaluating customer value, business impact, development effort, and strategic alignment.
• Champion the needs of mobile app users, which encompasses Brand Partners, Customers, field leaders, and internal teams.
• Collect feedback via customer discussions, stakeholder interviews, support trends, surveys, and analytics.
• Foster relationships with Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Compliance, Operations, Analytics, Design, and Engineering teams.
• Manage and update the mobile app roadmap and prioritized backlog.
• Develop epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prepare work for release.
• Lead the process of backlog refinement and assist with sprint planning and scope trade-off discussions.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, quality assurance, analytics, and business stakeholders throughout the delivery process.
• Clarify requirements, eliminate ambiguity, and make timely decisions during the development cycle.
• Ensure features align with business objectives, meet customer expectations, and adhere to quality standards.
• Oversee the beta program, including recruiting testers, selecting cohorts, onboarding, communication, criteria setting, scenario planning, feedback channels, and triage.
• Manage release readiness, which includes app store submissions, staged rollouts, feature flags, and rollback strategies.
• Coordinate launch communications and monitor post-release stability, adoption rates, and feedback.
• Enhance the overall mobile app experience covering onboarding, content discovery, notifications, messaging, account insights, business tracking, recognition, events, and AI-enabled support.
• Establish success metrics and leverage analytics, customer feedback, support data, and business results to inform decisions.
• Identify and implement practical AI, automation, personalization, and data-driven mobile capabilities.
• 2–3 years of experience in digital products, product management, or a related discipline.
• Solid foundation in product ownership with a desire to further develop skills.
• Experience in roadmap planning.
• Proficiency in backlog management.
• Ability to create user stories.
• Knowledge of acceptance criteria.
• Support for sprint planning.
• Experience with beta and release management.
• Skills in customer discovery.
• Competence in stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with journey mapping.
• Business case analysis abilities.
• Strong judgment in prioritization.
• Change management experience.
• Knowledge of mobile app delivery.
• Understanding of APIs and integrations.
• Experience with event-driven systems.
• Familiarity with analytics concepts.
• Quality assurance knowledge.
• Understanding of AI and automation concepts.
• Prior direct experience with mobile app products is preferred.
