This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Develop, sustain, and continuously enhance the product vision and roadmap.
• Advocate for a unified understanding of the product vision and roadmap.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on product strategy, go-to-market strategy, competitive analysis, and revenue evaluation.
• Anticipate user needs by analyzing market trends, conducting user research, and evaluating product data.
• Maintain a robust feature backlog to ensure ongoing value delivery.
• Convert business and technical investment decisions into actionable features.
• Confirm that acceptance criteria are satisfied prior to launch.
• Define both functional and non-functional requirements to facilitate an intuitive user experience.
• Outline the scope of work for features, epics, or programs.
• Incorporate product data, stakeholder insights, and client feedback into requirements.
• Perform trade-off analyses and prioritize technical debt, technical investment initiatives, and client requests.
• Monitor feature progress, risks, and scope to proactively identify and mitigate issues.
• Assist in onboarding and developing team members.
• Establish product management best practices and processes in collaboration with leadership.
• Mentor colleagues and enhance the performance of the product team.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital product management or a similar field.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in digital product management, including leading digital marketing strategies, advanced UX/UI design, and overseeing complex software development projects.
• Demonstrated experience in guiding and mentoring junior product managers.
• Strong capability to define and drive product strategy while achieving key performance metrics.
• Extensive experience collaborating with executive leadership and cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, data analysts, and researchers.
• Experience in the fintech industry is preferred.
