Digital Product Manager – Legal Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define, execute, and oversee the lifecycle of products within Allstate's Legal Technology portfolio.

• Develop, implement, and manage the product strategy.

• Collaborate with stakeholders from Legal, Claims, Compliance, and Technology to enhance legal and litigation workflows, legal operations, decision-making, and business results.

• Utilize customer feedback, operational data, market research, and analytics to guide product strategy, prioritization, and investment choices.

• Lead product discovery, experimentation, and test-and-learn initiatives.

• Break down intricate legal, operational, and technical issues into product capabilities, user stories, and prioritized backlogs.

• Establish and manage KPIs to measure adoption, operational efficiency, user satisfaction, productivity improvements, and business impact.

• Represent the interests of attorneys, legal professionals, claims users, and business stakeholders.

• Manage product backlogs and effectively communicate product vision and stakeholder feedback.

• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, data, analytics, security, and vendor partners to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant solutions.

• Promote the evaluation and adoption of AI, Generative AI, automation, analytics, and workflow solutions.

• Convey product strategy, roadmaps, priorities, risks, and business outcomes to senior and executive stakeholders.

• Mentor and coach team members on product management practices, experimentation, outcome measurement, and cross-functional collaboration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing enterprise software products, digital platforms, or workflow solutions.

• Experience in identifying, defining, and delivering AI-powered capabilities, including document intelligence, knowledge retrieval, workflow automation, decision support, and analytics solutions.

• Background in Legal Technology, Legal Operations, Litigation Technology, Compliance, Risk, Claims, or other highly regulated business domains.

• Familiarity with legal workflows, legal operations processes, litigation management, document management, knowledge management, contract management, compliance, or related fields.

• Experience in leveraging data, analytics, and customer insights to inform product strategy and decision-making.

• Understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, intelligent automation, and emerging technologies, along with the ability to identify and deliver practical business use cases.

• Experience in evaluating and implementing third-party software solutions and collaborating with external vendors.

• Ability to influence and align stakeholders across Legal, Technology, and other enterprise areas.

• Strong strategic thinking, product discovery, prioritization, communication, and executive presentation abilities.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams in Agile product development environments.

• Skills in Business Case Analyses, Collaboration, Legal Compliance, Process Improvements, Product Management, Product Roadmapping, Product Strategies, Systems Thinking, and Technical Product Management.

• Candidates must successfully undergo a background investigation.
