Digital Product Manager – Finance Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish and take ownership of the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for AI-driven financial technology solutions.

• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Product, and Technology teams to pinpoint high-value business challenges and transform them into prioritized product outcomes, requirements, and implementation plans.

• Spearhead the cross-functional delivery of digital products and intelligence capabilities leveraging modern data, cloud, analytics, and AI technologies.

• Convert intricate financial data, trends, risks, and opportunities into user-centric products that facilitate quicker and more informed decision-making.

• Ensure stakeholder alignment among senior business and technology audiences, influence strategy, resolve conflicting priorities, and communicate progress and results.

• Track product performance through metrics, user feedback, and business impact measures to enhance adoption, usability, and the speed from insight to action.

• Develop AI-infused financial technology products that convert enterprise financial data into actionable insights, including predictive modeling, trend analysis, risk identification, automated insight generation, and anomaly detection.

• No supervisory responsibilities involved.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Digital Product Management, overseeing platform or data products from conception through delivery and adoption.

• Proven track record of delivering strategic transformation initiatives utilizing data, cloud, analytics, automation, or AI technologies to enhance business outcomes.

• Strong background in Finance, Accounting, Data, Analytics, or enterprise technology domains.

• Capability to translate complex business challenges into product roadmaps and measurable results.

• Experience engaging with senior business and technology stakeholders to prioritize product backlogs, influence decisions, and achieve outcomes across cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in defining product success metrics and utilizing data, user feedback, and performance indicators to evaluate value, adoption, and continuous improvement.

• Experience in delivering AI-powered, machine learning, predictive analytics, or automated insight products within Finance, Accounting, Risk, or enterprise data contexts.

• Knowledge in financial performance management, forecasting, scenario modeling, financial controls, or anomaly detection use cases.

• Familiarity with agile product delivery methodologies including discovery, roadmap planning, user story creation, backlog management, and iterative release planning.

• Exposure to enterprise data platforms, cloud-based analytics environments, business intelligence solutions, or data governance considerations.

• Product management certification, agile certification, or other relevant qualifications in business, finance, data, technology, or product management is preferred.

• The selected candidate must undergo a background investigation.
