📋 Description

• Lead the technology product roadmap in alignment with US LBM’s “Sell the Whole Home” strategy, catering to both internal and external user customers.

• Generate analytical insights by utilizing data and business acumen to influence strategy and implementation methods.

• Work in collaboration with teams from operations, sales, engineering, business processes, and data analytics.

• Ensure digital product solutions are designed, developed, launched, and refined to create significant business impact.

• Partner effectively with digital product management leadership, senior operations personnel, engineering teams, and key business stakeholders.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree and over 4 years of experience in Digital Product Management or similar leadership roles within complex, matrixed organizations.

• Proven experience in strategic planning, managing the digital product lifecycle, making technology build vs buy decisions, and fostering customer-centric innovation.

• A robust background in using analytics to steer strategic choices.

• Experience in data science is advantageous.

• Background in building materials, supply chain, B2B distribution, or related sectors is preferred.

• Capability to establish and propel technology product innovations to enhance operational efficiency.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, effectively juggling multiple priorities and advancing key strategic initiatives.

• Advanced skills in utilizing data analytics and business intelligence tools to shape product characteristics and assess business impact.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

• Willingness to travel 25% of the time.
