This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Ensure that data solutions effectively address the requirements of internal client teams.
• Serve as a bridge between technology and business, advocating for the smart utilization of data in decision-making, experience customization, and value generation.
• Develop and refine the data product roadmap in alignment with strategic opportunities and collaboration with business teams.
• Establish and monitor success metrics and OKRs to guarantee high-value outputs and prioritize user experience.
• Convert business requirements into precise technical specifications for data engineering, tagging, and data visualization teams.
• Oversee and prioritize the backlog.
• Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and business squads; track launches and foster a data-driven culture.
• Evaluate squad performance indicators and promote continuous enhancement.
• Support initiatives related to data governance, security, and compliance.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies in conjunction with the Agile team.
• Supervise production launches and coordinate communications with partner teams.
• Familiarity with OKRs, Agile methodologies, Kanban, Scrum, product metrics, and techniques for product prioritization, including backlog prioritization and WSJF.
• Basic understanding of machine learning and artificial intelligence as applied to data (preferred).
• Business acumen in areas such as CRM and e-commerce (preferred).
• Knowledge of tagging and behavioral data collection standards using Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics, and related tools (preferred).
• Experience in data governance, data quality, and data cataloging (preferred).
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-informed decisions.
• Ability to comprehend context, identify opportunities, and manage conflicts and expectations.
• Clear and effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborative leadership abilities and the capacity to influence without direct authority.
• Proactive attitude, critical thinking, an ownership mindset, and adaptability.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in roles such as Product Owner, Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or similar positions.
• Experience with data product initiatives serving business teams.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and techniques for backlog prioritization.
• Experience in data, analytics, or data engineering projects, ideally in environments utilizing Data Lakes, Data Mesh, and similar architectures.
