Digital Product Lead – Shopify

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Lead the transition of prAna’s eCommerce platform from Salesforce to Shopify Plus.

• Oversee the complete Shopify Plus product lifecycle, encompassing roadmap creation, backlog management, and feature prioritization.

• Align prAna’s digital strategy with the overall corporate objectives.

• Advocate for compliance with U.S. eCommerce regulations, data privacy, and best practices in accessibility.

• Spearhead the implementation of headless storefront solutions utilizing Shopify Hydrogen & Oxygen.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to enhance checkout processes, payment systems, merchandising, and personalization features.

• Establish KPIs and success metrics; analyze and refine strategies to boost engagement and conversion rates.

• Act as the primary liaison among business stakeholders, design teams, engineering, and agency partners.

• Create conversion-focused digital experiences that reflect prAna’s brand values and align with the strategic goals of Columbia Sportswear Company.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 9 years of experience in digital commerce product management.

• At least 4 years of experience working with Shopify Plus.

• Demonstrated history of leading migrations from legacy platforms to Shopify.

• In-depth understanding of U.S. eCommerce legal requirements.

• Familiarity with PCI DSS standards.

• Knowledge of ADA/WCAG accessibility standards.

• Experience coordinating with multiple agencies and third-party partners.

• Proficient in Adobe and Google Analytics.

• Acquainted with best practices in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).

• Understanding of Shopify Plus platform features, APIs, and app ecosystem.

• Well-versed in U.S. eCommerce compliance, data privacy, and accessibility regulations.

• Ideally, experience with the implementation of Shopify POS for omnichannel retail.
